We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our ambitious team. The role will be based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium but will include frequent international travel to provide support during testing sessions and competitive racing events. As a result, flexibility around the work schedule is required, including your occasional availability on evenings and in weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Management: Lead the setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of elite autonomous race cars and high-performance electric vehicles.

Mechanical Excellence: Execute precise mechanical maintenance tasks including detailed disassembly, inspection, optimization, and reassembly, ensuring peak performance and safety standards.

Dynamic Track Operations: Actively manage vehicle operations during live track sessions, handling pit stops, fueling strategies, and real-time setup adjustments.

Logistics Coordination: Efficiently oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and to international racing events, collaborating closely with the Technical Director.

Workshop Leadership: Maintain an organized, efficient, and state-of-the-art workshop environment for vehicle preparation and maintenance.

Safety Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to track safety regulations, including understanding flag protocols and emergency procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Mechanical Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of high-performance vehicle systems, suspension tuning, tire management, and performance optimization.

Electronics Competency: Foundational knowledge of advanced electronic systems such as steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire technologies, with experience in MoTeC systems.

Motorsport Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within a professional racing environment, demonstrating capability and understanding of motorsport’s unique dynamics.

Technical Qualification: Technical diploma or equivalent certification in automotive, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field.
